In the mid 90’s I was introduced to Feng Shui. I was immediately drawn to the symmetry and balance it created in my life. "What a perfect combination."
Studies with the American Feng Shui Institute provided the background for my Feng
Shui expertise.

I was introduced to the concept of Reiki several years ago. Studies with William Rand at the International Center for Reiki Training have provided me with the last puzzle piece, the ability to balance your personal energy.
Reiki is the music of you, the art of stress reduction and relaxation. My Reiki mantra is “Restore balance; just for today, do not anger, do not worry.”
